The best thing to work with this company being the perfect work culture as a fresher.You will get enough time for learning purposes and different certification courses they offer for free

Salary increment is pretty dull and you will not getting enough opportunities for for growth .It is slow process and depends less on how hard you work

Excellent work life balance. Free Certification s. Rest depend upon your people manager.

No direct intervention by HR for your increment. Everything is in hand of your people manager. The process is also not very transparent. If you are getting billed for a project then your manager will not leave you to go to any other project. No matter, how long your are in that project. They don't care about you growth.

Managerial Company, They have their own rules which we have to obey if not we won't get hike, we won't get the promotion. Lots of things are there. I feel frustrated to work in IBM under this Unethical Managers.

One of the best MNC so far. Earlier I was working in TCS for almost 3years but if I compare both then the work life balance in IBM is great also it provides the facilities that everyone wants CAB services, Work from home, No swipe in/out so 9hr is not mandatory, only has a fixed component and great management which is always helpful. So, overall great experience so far.

Company is good but the people like mamagers not good.

Dislikes

There is no trust here. It is removing people by making the people self resign. It's very bad. The managers are saying performance issue and asking people to resign. Managers forcing people to resign if we say no they are saying they will pull out hr.actually there are not giving HR to us. They said to resign without giving atleast one month notice period.

Project assignment tagging is very complicated, frustrating and complex process. There are no fair portal where you will find relevant open positions. You have to beg for project or leave the organizations.
