Do not expect any increment. Once in 3 to 4 years, you will get and too, it will be 2 to 4% increment and that's it.

Toxic culture due to old employees they don't have any IT culture nor any culture how to treat their employees... Since they are with the same organisation more than 20 years..

Job security is not there. No permotion, no incriment and not job satisfaction. Overall third class behaviour all manegers. I think need to be increment per year. For all employees.

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave

The work from anywhere policy. I did not went to office during my complete tenure at DXC which was approx 2.5 years. The work life balance varies from project to project, but mostly it's good. The rewards and recognization is really good. The work from home step up is completely sponsered by DXC. Their work is complicated as it is required of many, but without any support, so too bad promotions in 8 years I did not get a promotion, but for the annual wage increase it is something that does not exist.

This organisation is not concerned about their employees. There is no growth in any way.. if you want to do nothing in terms of professional growth or financial growth and wanted just a job for engagement then join dxc . otherwise it's not an organisation for ambitious folks

Everything is good as it is giving permanent work from home. But, it is the only benefit from this company. Also maintains work - life balance great and colleagues and management is quite good.

No Appraisals and proper appreciation for the work you have done and no regular hikes.

Hikes should be provided. Expecting permanent work from home. No organisational trips. Sometimes work stress due to rotational shifts (night shift)

It's permanent work from home. No need to get ready daily for offices and travel and all. Just wake up at any time and if it's your shift time, login from your bed also. You can sleep and work.

Dislikes

They are not giving hike and promotion timely. Salary is not high. New joinee are getting higher salary than the existing employees.
