I joined DXC Technology in 2022. NOT seen the hiring manager's face, Not seen reporting manager face, or HR face. All onboarding process takes place online. Only 1.4 years I Worked in DXC. Only WFH no hybrid model.

Dislikes

DXC as the company is one of the worst places to work. No matter which stream or field you're working. Here is what I want to say, 1. Work-life balance is pathetic. Login time is fixed but logout time is not fixed. Extend your shift work by more than 12 hours and in return no shift allowance. 2. NO Hike, NO BONUS, Micromanagement and NO Incentives. 3. There are a bunch of idiots sitting in the higher position in this organisation beginning with My reporting Manager and Project Managers, leaders, VP's. Their English is damn BAD, Yet they are surviving in the Company how GOD knows. 4. I was hired for a senior role with a double-digit salary and thrown out of the company in just one and a half years. Very Bad culture, Very Bad management, and Very Bad company policy. 5. DXC in March was hit with an $8 million fine by the US Securities and Exchange Commission related to a solution provider making misleading disclosures related to its NON-GAAp financial performance between the years 2018 -2020. Mike Salvino CEO of the company brought disaster to the company resulting thrown out of the company last year 2023 Advice to IT professionals Mostly Experience. DXC is already sinking ship don't onboard. The company's Market value is already running on Fumes. So think 100's time before deciding to join DXC. I know and made a big mistake joining DXC without knowing or researching the company's background and current stand in the market. But I can Stop you for repeating the same mistake that I did....Read More

HR policies - year end rating is not fair - they moved from four rating model (1 - over exceed expectation, 2 - exceeds expectation, 3 - met expectation ,4 - didn't meet expectaion) to three rating model (1 / 2 / 3 - Exceptional / Valued / Inconsistent). This has impacted employees morale as earlier we had two top ratings, which have been reduced to only one top rating (exceptional). There's nothing to like about this company, right from people like Vanitha lakshman murthy , Jayamma, to Surrender kande, people from management have purely contributed to my work miserably.

Dislikes

They make people to work like buffalo and there's no timely promotion or hike as the company promises while recruitment. I wholeheartedly suggest none of the people join this company and spoil your career life. This is out of my personal experience
