The work culture, the managers , sub managers and directors are all super supportive. Work life balance is also good , there are many feasible offer here at DXC. Very good working environment.

Co workers sometimes are annoying. One by one project deadlines. Forcing on learning several market tools and techs.

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave
