Micromanagement level at top. No job security, resources get ontime notice this week is your last working week, specially when you go for long holiday they start to make plan for firing to u. In my career I had not given any feedback for any company but now I m giving for Atos. Job security level 0. No bench system. Over level of processes each leave u have to update in system, inform to manager by mail even it is sick leave, on India holiday also u need to update out of office in teams. Manager closely involved with team for feedback almost daily basis and manager said ping me if she/he ask you any query, if we revert give feedback manager take screenshot and share to that person she/he told me this thing at this date n time during appraisal specially make use of it. One stage come manager say don't talk to this team member without my permission. Team bonding zero. Manager is reason for team member are enemy of each other. On face everyone will be very supportive to you in next moment manager ask what u discussed tell me team members also give full update that culture get developed by manager day by day....Read More

I worked at Atos(Tamil Nadu) in-between 2021-2023! It was nothing special but just an ordinary MNC with a big brand value!

Dislikes

Typical IT company with huge internal politics which will save some braindead higher position people but kick out loads and loads of young employees even without settling down into a project! I could write an essay for this topic but I don’t even want to spend time about an ordinary company with cheapest behaviours under the tag line “This is how corporate works”. New joiners, pls check with any of the working employees before joining here.. Not every location and every team are as bad as I experienced! Best workplace, They have a tie up with percipio so whatever you want to learn you can visit percipio and free trainings available. Even Manager provide technical trainings weekly basis, someday it is about SharePoint or Office 365 or SCCM / Intune.

work life balance is just a word here means our Team Leader and manager doesn't care about it. Lot of times my team complaint but no action yet. Evey week they will provide different shifts like , Mon& Tue Week off. Wed & Thu >> Morning Fri , Sat & Sun >> Night They will not provide continuous shift because of that no sleep at night and whole day will be wasted with no sleep.

Dislikes

No decent hike or promotions in the past 3 years, even though its promised by the management. They have cut many employee benefits including shift allowance for UK and US shits. They save costs by not giving transportation facility to the employees. Not a good company if your goal is to excel in any role and get promotions and better packages.
