Atos gave me opportunity after the citification from Atos institute but also removed after completed 1 year without prior information, nice game play for 4lakh rupees course

Manager never made 1 to 1 phone conversation even after one year of being there. There was difference in treating people within the team. There was no coordination or help within the team, There was no proper procedure done before terminating the employee. Employee was not either put in PIP or informed before termination and if the employee dint agree to HR's opinion, the employee was threatened by adding name in black list....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive always looking to be better. There is a big cafeteria, gym and indoor gaming section. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Management isn't transparent and doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent and appraisals are fair, but do not give a good salary hike and bonus. Career growth for the team members is not well planned and is very slow.

Work Details

The job is interesting but you learn everything on the job. Got to do different roles within the same team but there is lack of appreciation and don't get credit for the work.
