There is nothing that you will be liking in this company because there is no salary increment in a proper way you will not get the leaves in a proper manner. There is no sick leave as in they have mentioned in the meeting you will be not getting any sick leave. If you are feeling sick on sick leave. Also you need to come to office and get it done all the documentation Even after the documentation, you will be given the warning letters and the Letters which means they will be no bonus provided to you at the end of the month so coming to the environment of the process which I was working as process associate in Genpact. It was totally like a fish market where each and every manager and the RTO person was screaming like they had never seen anything like this on the floor they will be behind you to pick and do the target complete your target. The horrible culture which is being followed by all the managers and the managers in the Genpact in the Google pay process. I do not want to mention the managers name because all managers almost 90% of the managers in my process was worst worse than what you can imagine They will not give you the leaves more than five or 10 days even though if you are feeling sick and you have the documentation for the date leaves will be cancelled. You will be tortured at each every moment even though if you have done, nothing wrong or think you have break for one hour in the total 8.5 hours you have one hour of break in which you cannot take, even one single second of extra breaks which will be leading you to get the boarding letters and most preferred thing is that the brakes are always frozen. You will be not able to go to even breaks for the loop breaks you need to ask like you are studying in a nursery or first standard to your managers or to the RTO that you are going on the loop break On the floor for small small things the man will be make sure that you will be falling down with the scores and the bonus and you will be begging for each and everything the standard. The culture which is maintain till now from the opening of the office is pathetic, I am writing this review not because I have left this organisation but this is the opportunity which I have received to write the things about what is being done in the premises of Genpact I literally wanted to share this thing because I have bear the things. The most annoying thing which I under went was think suppose you are earning for your stomach. Everyone is earning for their stomach and you are not able to eat at the time because the bakes are frozen for two hours for three hours. Many many many many times you can’t even imagine one more thing I wanted to let you know there is no permission to carry anything in the office. Even lockers are not safe. Many mobiles and belongings has been lost. But the operation managers and the managers are not looking into the issue bikes are broken in the parking lot, you will not have proper mail in the canteen the price range of the everything in the canton is doubled in the market rate food or the small snacks. Whatever you you can think you have only one canteen in a Genpact Hafizpet for 12 floors. There is only one canteen , and only six lift for whole building. Just imagine you’re going for a work where you need to login on the time and lift is stuck or you have only Ltd lift in that also if you’re going late to the office even for one second, you’ll be issued again Cab letters and you will be not be eligible for any bonus.
