No Benefits as in 0 Benefits Even for diwali they will simply cry to give associates a single sweet box forget sweet box they wont even give a single sweet No bonus No hikes No food No free cab No reimbursements even if you do you have to give a detailed explanation of why you are eligible for that reimbursement If you are night shift employee you are not even considered as Genpact employee They will celebrate an event annually called Tarang in which they will give dinner and trust me that’s the worst food you will ever try in your life even the food in the drainages is far better than that food and even if you opt for cabs they wont switch on the AC as it is budget cut If you need office 365 sorry you wont get it because of budget issues There are so many things we can discuss and the sanitation in the company is very poor and trust me you will find cockroaches and mosquitoes as your colleagues...Read More

There are hardly promotion happens. Salary increments are below industry and inflation. Since you will work for global clients, hardly get holiday during Indian festivals including Diwali holiday. Job is routine and SOP based so hardly any learning.

Job is monotonous. Increments are pathetic. New learning is almost zero.

Worst leadership. They are all friends and schoolmates etc supporting and cover each other's back and incompetence. Money is for avp and above and if you are a friend of anyone from the gang of leaders. You cannot survive here by just working you need to cajoule the leadership and be fake. Nohikes no bonuses compared to the market</mark>. Hiring from third level cities. People can't speak a sentence in English without switching to their mother tongue. Compensation and Benefits are the the worst in Genpact. Plus there is no defined criteria for promotion. Some people get promoted in no time, while others have to struggle for years.

There is too much to dislike. If you join as a fresher on the company payroll the annual salary is 2,00,000 fixed. Even an apprentice has better salary than you of 15,700 per month with no deductions. If you join as an experienced person then your salary might be better. Also, annual appraisal is of only 7%. Also, it is mandatory todo the RTO ( Return To Office) twice a week but there is a partiality. If you have good bonding with your TL then you can come once a month or do not come as well<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Promotion criteria is foolish like it is mandatory to complete genome trainings to get a Promotion</mark>. Promotion should be done on the basis of performance not trainings. Also, the time period of getting the Promotion is the worst in the industry. What they say is after 2 years you will be eligible for Promotion. From What I have experienced is my Promotion got delayed for 7 months for no solid reason. The internal politics is at the very best, you just have to have a good bond with your TL to do politics....Read More

If you will work in Genpact you feel we are working for some branded company and you gonna totally satisfied with this. Job security is also good.

Dislikes

In terms of salary and appraisal you may dis-sattisfied and if I talk about particularly for Entry level profile or band 5 you gonna disappointed for the insurance which they provided which cover only employee self, It not included cover apart from you.

Promotion is very delayed. Increment is 5% to 6% yoy. Medical policy is very poor. There is no other benifits.
