Dislikes

No Night Shift Allowance. Cab facilities are chargeable at night. Partiality in employee. No yearly increment. Very less bonus. Poor management. Very bad office politics. No work life balance.

Job is much secure in comparison with other private companies.

Dislikes

Appraisal and growth is not that much attractive. Average annual hike rate is 4% and it doesn't even beat the inflation rate. It also charge for Cab and transport policy is not satisfactory. Lastly, the infrastructure looks like they have purchased it from second hand market.

It is the worst in terms of promotion and Hikes. Financial Incentive is next to nil.

The company politics is supported by Management and they have a patriarchal tint in their policies of promotions and appraisal. Females are given zero to rare chances of leading a project or a team despite them being equally talented as their make counter parts.

One thing I like about Genpact what ever work you do you will get 9% yearly appraisal fixed in a year, which most companies don't give now a days. Even Infosys also didn't give any yearly appraisal till now.

Policies are bad. Insurance claims are ver poor. Ca facility is terrible.. In this scorching hot temperature cabs runs with AC off.. Salaries are very low and appraisal as well. No fun activities and no annual parties.

Salary increment is maximum 3-7% for band 4 even on good rating so you can assume if your rating is average or below average then how much yearly increment you will get... promotion criteria is fixed that you can not promote till 24 months and after that they will intentionally delay it by saying you have not completed genome wave in past year or not submitted any lean idea or not completed Green belt project etc...on promotion increment is only 15%...Read More

Co-workers are nice and managers often help in sorting things out. Focus is mostly on fulfilling targets efficiently.
