Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?
I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage. I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there). I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

will you be manage the night shift and maintain a healthy lifestyle? This offer is like choosing between a midnight snack and a healthy breakfast.

Genpact's a big deal, and that 4.5 LPA offer is pretty good. The only problem is the night shift, but if you think you can handle it, it could be a good move to get your foot in the door.
