Plenty of things to dislike. 1.Salary 2. Appraisal 3. Employee recognition 4. The managers want the associate to be their eyes and ears. 5. Management is not employee centric. 6. HR not willing to talk or respond to the email. Whenever called they would just reply “I will call you later”. Not recommended at all.

Easy to get through management redressal system . Don’t know about other projects so far the Projects worked for are great in rms of learning and upskilling yourself . Also supportive managers ., hybrid work model gives employee a freedom to manager personal as well as organisational goals effectively.

Dislikes

Slow growth and appraisals scale . Some projects are really hectic that really on the nerves of the employees . Some initial positions do require some great efforts like to log in for 11/12 hrs to maintain the average login hours report .

There is nothing which is like in terms of Genpact . There is no straightforward promotion policy in Genpact Even in some process micromanagement and office politics are at very broad level.

Manager do not know how to communicate with their colleagues. Even in some cases proper nepotism is exist

Dislikes

Starting with recruitment team, absolutely unskilled. They update incorrect details in joining documents, do not update bank or PF information correctly, and there is no proper point of contact. Salary in hand and perks offered and actual salary received is in stark contrast, lot of hidden adjustments so if you receive the perks as promised, consider yourself lucky. This is the worst company I have ever worked for, they don't pay for overtime, and ask to extend without any reason. Management has no skills, don't know how to behave. They think employees are school students and ask them to extend shifts like hell and no mercy for the employees if they are ill or having severe illness. Office culture is at worst,you will have nightmares.

The worst thing about Genpact is that they don't value their internal/existing resources and compensate them in the terrible way. There's a huge difference in what they pay to external hires but they won't give you adequate appraisals.

No Benefits as in 0 Benefits Even for diwali they will simply cry to give associates a single sweet box forget sweet box they wont even give a single sweet No bonus No hikes No food No free cab No reimbursements even if you do you have to give a detailed explanation of why you are eligible for that reimbursement If you are night shift employee you are not even considered as Genpact employee They will celebrate an event annually called Tarang in which they will give dinner and trust me that’s the worst food you will ever try in your life even the food in the drainages is far better than that food and even if you opt for cabs they wont switch on the AC as it is budget cut If you need office 365 sorry you wont get it because of budget issues There are so many things we can discuss and the sanitation in the company is very poor and trust me you will find cockroaches and mosquitoes as your colleagues...Read More
