1) Salary. 2) Politics for this salary also. I want to give 1 suggestion - Many people in this organisation suffering with Poverty. I can't able to see their faces also. Their faces and dressing style was very poor and dull. Because of this low package I put paper in Genpact after completing my 5 months. I started searching in other companies after completing my 3 months of experience here.

No Benefits as in 0 Benefits Even for diwali they will simply cry to give associates a single sweet box forget sweet box they wont even give a single sweet No bonus No hikes No food No free cab No reimbursements even if you do you have to give a detailed explanation of why you are eligible for that reimbursement If you are night shift employee you are not even considered as Genpact employee They will celebrate an event annually called Tarang in which they will give dinner and trust me that’s the worst food you will ever try in your life even the food in the drainages is far better than that food and even if you opt for cabs they wont switch on the AC as it is budget cut If you need office 365 sorry you wont get it because of budget issues There are so many things we can discuss and the sanitation in the company is very poor and trust me you will find cockroaches and mosquitoes as your colleagues...Read More

Management is terrible The management will use you for their work and doesn't want you to get promoted. They bring up their personal egos and play with your hard work during appraisals and promotions. Note: not all managers are same, but the one which worked both Manager and Senior Managers are terrible, selfish, egoistic persons. Iwanted to bring their name to public's attention but I don't be like them. My promotion is/was on hold for atleast a year, and they brought up another AM who was formerly a team member under Senior Manager. Terrible heart breaking experience. If you try to complain then you will be under their indirect retaliation radar which directly will not show a retaliation as per company's policy. If anyone gives genuine feedback on Amber, they will get targeted indirectly. Even senior managers should not have access to Amber. No recognition, only the one who are close to them will get promotions, rewards and recognition....Read More
