There is no food and only one way cab transport facility no other benefits they won't give paid leaves which are ours to take and ask a reason for every leave and ask of medical documents for each and every day of leave taken by you and Genpact deducts the Provident fund double the amount from the employees salary I say never join here otherwise you will be stuck in here and won't get growth in the life pays us even cheaper than a labour and treat us like a labour never respects our work there is no appreciation in the Genpact and yearly increment is like 7 out of 100 I hope you understand this because it's a compliance to share confidential things right!...Read More

Nothing at all, they don't provide tea also for free. We need to buy it. Even food also. And you will get promotion if you do oiling and buttering to your manager.

6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont

No proper management, will change your shift where ever they feel like to do so. You can be in the same shift for months and you could also be given different shifts every month. Least salary given by this company compared to the market. Strict working hours, you need to give 8.5 hrs of billing time and also sometimes 8 hr 45 mins because they are short of billing and you wouldn't be paid any extra for the extra work....Read More

The company provides good atmosphere in general and the people and managers are nice. There are opportunities to upskill as well.

Dislikes

The work hours and the break policy is terrible and downright harmful to the employees health concerns. There is no work life balance as there is only a weekly off and that is rotational as well which might leave people working for 7 days consecutively.
