The work culture and work life balance is good. Campus is beautiful and well facilitated.

Dislikes

No growth especially if you join via MASS HIRING as a fresher. After joining as fresher you might get trained for 6-8 months and then be kept on bench for another 4-5 months. So its a good HOLIDAY PACKAGE of 10 months. And the first project you get in any MNC is generally a support role (some might drop to the extent of non-tech support roles like Monitoring roles). And in support role your schedule will be rotational shifts as they need support 24/7. Working mode is mostly hyrbid - typically 12 days per month work from office and 5 hours each of those days need to be from office. Total 9 hours a day. Very bad work culture. They hire for Java developer and then assign mechanical based training. Also doesn't give any project and no work from home. Even if going through an very worst situation then also they doesn't provide WFH.

After Mr. Joshi holding MD's chair, company is not more employee centric, in-hand salary is not consistent. Project pipeline also got impacted with less number of projects, which cause insecurity among employees.

No salary hike. No promotions. Favoritism. No matter how much efforts you put only thing you can get is some award. No proper communication from hr. No proper management. Hybrid work policy made mandtory but not implemented where dome people are forced to come to office and other didn't even go one or twice and only thing we get is we are monitoring. No good projects or new projects

Well.. 1. Unfair policies 2. No employee centricity 3. Legacy thought process of leadership 4. Deducting hard earned variable pays(yes it happens, even if you are eligible for 100%, they paid only 80%) 5. Mere changes in the name of night shift allowance 6. Micromanaging 7. Insulting And I can go on and on

Everything. Right from their interview process to onboarding to induction. First company where ny induction happened 3 months after my joining date. There is no guarantee the salary will be credited at the end of the month and when you talk to the Manager or HR they will behave as if I am asking for some charity. No work life balance.

If you get good project, you can expect good learning.

Dislikes

Management is almost non existent. If you are lucky, you will get a good team or else be prepared to work as one man army. No raise even after working hard. Long hours and weekend work is common. Customers generally find ways to blame techM for their incompetency and management simply accepts it and blanes team.

I kept my surroundings happy and joyfully, that made me work little more further. Supportive supervisors .

Dislikes

There was no promotion as I am trying to further improvise my skills. The fixed sallary and no incentives made the employees less motivated. Skill development and more knowledge cannot be gained for employee improvement.

Honestly, I don’t have any major dislikes about working at Tech Mahindra Business Services. Every company has its own processes and challenges, but I see them as opportunities to learn and grow. The environment here has been supportive, and I’ve gained valuable experience in technical support and customer handling. Overall, it’s been a positive journey for me.

Learning is better than previous companies

Dislikes

Too much workload due to insufficient staff in the process. They are not even try to hire employees even if they said they need three more employees. Something is always deducted from salary every month and then, we have to wait for 1-2 months till manager send an email to HR and it gets approved. Something of the promoted TL don’t even deserved to be at that position.
