Firstly you have to talk with your recruiter about in hand salary. Because they don't pay you on your in hand salary. They have a rule for PLI.

Management and trainer. All are manager here except manager. There were some trainers who thinks themselves as a Boss of this Organisation and they didn't have any work instead of Gossiping. I am going to mention their name (Madhulika, Renu, Eva)
