Nothing is there in the list to like. It is just that I and mostly people like me are stucked, not able to get some time to study and because of their work timings and poor work life balance.

The list is long - - Biased and horrible management - they are not going to give you rating or promotion even after the client's appreciation or not matter how much you worked hard and produced results, until and unless you are not the kind of chamchas. - The kind of people getting promoted, for eg. Tech archs promoted people don'teven know what is an interface. - too much micromanagement, no one is bothered what is going in their team - Dishonest and with zero skill BAs and managers are leading the projects who are too afraid to ask anything to client or take stand for their team. - most of the projects gets wrapped up in 15 days to 2 months, no stable clients - The senior most leadership is too harsh on their employees whether to consider genuine cases or releasing the justified bonuses or increments - The resource deployment group is bunch of fools who dont even know the diff b/w Java and javascript. They are only focussed to deploy in any project, your personal criterias not at all matters to them. - Forcing people to visit their remote office in any condition ( not ready to listen any of their problems) and instead of providing free cabs as a benefit due to their remote location but they increased their charges from 3500rs to just double 7000rs. - Even stopped few perks which they used to give this year - just see the employee benefits and you would come to know they are making fools. - managers and their chamchas are in a mission of making the life of juniors on a daily basis. Please think a lot of times before joining this company. It is worst !!...Read More

Projects are good as they have quite good clients working with top notch cloud & tech infrastructure leveraging multiple programming languages, frameworks and sophisticated tools. There is good enough learning opportunities if one is an entry to mid level resource, but that stagnates once you are in the project for a long duration.If you ask for Growth they will assign you more of similar sort of work without feeling the need to take care of your finances....Read More

Upper management is spineless in front of client and aggressive with their employees. They take 8 hours billing from client and give them free hand to assign resources for 24 hours Prodution support shifts way too often to disrupt your work life balance. Last year with the top rating, I was given a meager 3K hike on my monthly salary i.e. less than 0.5%. During yearly promotion cycle, they forget all the work and client appreciations and keep talking about normalization. Their office infrastructure is also getting very poor. When I joined in Gurgaon couple of years back, they had a twin tower office complex, recently they shifted to taking just 3 floors in a co-working space building which lacks the basic amenities an IT firm should have. Their head office in Noida is good but down in the outskirts....Read More

Salary will not credit on time, like other MNC’s though it is on holiday they will process it on next month first day. Continuously facing issue with salary delay. When month end falls on Saturday they will not process the salary on Friday(working day)

They offer good jump in salary when u join them from any other organization. The salary is credited in time and they have there own portal from where u can download all months salary slips, experience certificate and Form 16. The company main campus of Greater Noida is World Class it's very beautiful with every facilities inside the campus like free gym, swimming pools etc.

If u r offered a good salary then possibly u will be mapped to a very challenging project and directly work will be assigned to u without any project KT or training. There are very few things I would like to say good about Koofers. Earlier, things were quite good, but a lot has changed now.

There is a lot of politics and favoritism. Hiring and promotions here are not based on merit. They are mostly influenced by favoritism. In fact, team leaders are hired based on whether they are relatives of some assistant manager or operations manager. There is no employee-centric policy, and all the policies that existed earlier in 2021 have now been discontinued.
