Nothing is there in the list to like. It is just that I and mostly people like me are stucked, not able to get some time to study and because of their work timings and poor work life balance.

The list is long - - Biased and horrible management - they are not going to give you rating or promotion even after the client's appreciation or not matter how much you worked hard and produced results, until and unless you are not the kind of chamchas. - The kind of people getting promoted, for eg. Tech archs promoted people don'teven know what is an interface. - too much micromanagement, no one is bothered what is going in their team - Dishonest and with zero skill BAs and managers are leading the projects who are too afraid to ask anything to client or take stand for their team. - most of the projects gets wrapped up in 15 days to 2 months, no stable clients - The senior most leadership is too harsh on their employees whether to consider genuine cases or releasing the justified bonuses or increments - The resource deployment group is bunch of fools who dont even know the diff b/w Java and javascript. They are only focussed to deploy in any project, your personal criterias not at all matters to them. - Forcing people to visit their remote office in any condition ( not ready to listen any of their problems) and instead of providing free cabs as a benefit due to their remote location but they increased their charges from 3500rs to just double 7000rs. - Even stopped few perks which they used to give this year - just see the employee benefits and you would come to know they are making fools. - managers and their chamchas are in a mission of making the life of juniors on a daily basis. Projects are good as they have quite good clients working with top notch cloud & tech infrastructure leveraging multiple programming languages, frameworks and sophisticated tools. There is good enough learning opportunities if one is an entry to mid level resource, but that stagnates once you are in the project for a long duration.If you ask for Growth they will assign you more of similar sort of work without feeling the need to take care of your finances....Read More

Upper management is spineless in front of client and aggressive with their employees. They take 8 hours billing from client and give them free hand to assign resources for 24 hours Prodution support shifts way too often to disrupt your work life balance. Last year with the top rating, I was given a meager 3K hike on my monthly salary i.e. less than 0.5%. During yearly promotion cycle, they forget all the work and client appreciations and keep talking about normalization. Their office infrastructure is also getting very poor. When I joined in Gurgaon couple of years back, they had a twin tower office complex, recently they shifted to taking just 3 floors in a co-working space building which lacks the basic amenities an IT firm should have. Hiring people like they need resources immediately. They are hiring everyone on pool without letting them know that they are being hired on pool. And add on thing is their pool policy. If you don't get allocated to any project your are out of organisation in three months.

No like the management is cheaper and within 6month lot of HR calls and Sepration thread are given to the employees before the confirmation of employee. They also give fake commitment on work from home in interview time but after on boarding they are telling client not allowed for WFH .

1. HR never respond to the queries. Most of the decisions taken are not even documented in any policy document. 2. Leaves are very less compared to other org. 3. Insurance is costlier and many opt to take from outside. 4. Not much Upskilling opportunity. Most certifications asked to done were free and to increase just headcount.

if you are technical role person and at billing that means working in Project end then this company is good only till you billing and you can do fully WFH since you are on billing, no one will ask you to come to office until you need to report to client office.

Once Project released and you come to bench, max 2 months in bench that too with all 5 days office, if not found project with thin 2 months, after that HRs will ask you to put papers with 90 days salary you will get, so Zero Job security

In coforge there is no management and hierarchy is very poor. HR , ADMIN, IT every department is worst. If you need to get any help from HR then no one is going to response you and manager depends on your luck. If you are working in coforge forget about hike and promotion.

No Job Security. Micro management by managers is rampant. One has to keep the managers in good humor or else will be sacked on some weird pretext. Once moved to bench would be given three attempts to find a project or one month which ever is earliest then sacked if not able to find a project. Movement to bench is a ruse to fire a resource. Salary hike is equally pathetic.
