1. The company offers the convenience of working from home, allowing comfort and greater productivity but that depends on project you are aligned to. 2. Respects personal time and ensures manageable workloads, promoting a optimal work life balance, again depends on the team you are working with. I've seen team with only 5 members managing workload of 9 people.

1. The management is living in a delulu world. They think EXL is some AI, deep-tech powerhouse, but in reality, it's just about refreshing reports and building dashboards for clients. 2. Politics runs the show here. If you’re good at worshipping, you’ll get promoted. Doesn’t matter if you work or not - if you have a godfather in thecompany, you’re safe and just get rotated internally. 3. No respect for outgoing employees. They’ll suck the life out of you during the notice period and still rate you poorly, no matter how much effort you put in. 4. They don’t even let you send your own promotion papers to your personal email from your work ID. No idea what they’re trying to control with that. 5. There’s zero transparency, no real career path, and constant micromanagement. You’ll burn out doing repetitive work that adds no real value. Stay only if you have no better option....Read More

1. Bad culture or no culture - unhealthy competition and politics is promoted by leadership by them not taking any action when the situation escalates 2. Resistance to good practices - some AVP level people don’t want to structure anything and prefer working in chaos rather than setting up a system 3. Some emerging accounts like Sports analytics, Media etc ., have really poor work like balance and a lot of micromanagement and toxicity. 4. For some leaders, the solution for every problem is to fire somebody or throw them under the truck 5. Hikes are really poor and promotion depends on how much you can suck up to your client and manager. 6. Substandard work is sold as high quality and high impact work whereas there are so many places EXL has opportunity to grow and follow industry best practices but this is ignored by leaders in some accounts 7. Good for fresher to get experience and some projects provides WFH and super exit management literally no one cares even cares even top performer or key employees resigns not even arrange exit interview nor sendup. (Added this in good side because even if they try to retain all are fake promises and emotional play)

Poor management (you are just trash no one listen to ideas 💡nor feedbacks) , promotion after waiting for 2+ years is mandatory sometimes responsibility increases after promotion not salary a bit (dry promotion), No development for years even after proving yourself.

Literally 13 people left because of this in a week.. You can imagine how horrible that is.. They'll hire you for chat, then you'll have to take calls, do emails and other back office stuff for the same salary...
