I have been there for more than a year. I have seen good opportunity on the floor. People are friendly good environment to work in. Night shift allowance are there based on project. If you get out of one project there is a lot project that offers more opportunities. The bench managers are very active for alligning employees to other projects when you are on bench Salary on time Leads are helpfull They provide total 24 leaves ( 12 cl ) ( 12 pl ) There is a culture of appreciation to hard working employees ( 1000 bucks bonus) As of now Pune Eon It park canteen was good....Read More

The work culture has severely deteriorated over last few years from being the best for work life balance to worst . Also there have been no appraisals for last 4 years ... It was earlier a HP policies driven company. Post Blackstone takeover the management has been re-jigged and all initial charm is lost. Luckily the company doesnotretrench proactively. But the internal work politics is enough for motivating folks to seek better jobs. The Refferal policies have brought in friends of friends and starter a wierd mob mentality which promotes mediocrity over talent. For outsiders company hires with hike so good to apply .. However don't have any long term plans . 3-4 years maximum is enough for the using the hike to beat inflation. post that jump ship....Read More

Company is never been good or bad it's the people who works there makes the environment good or bad. Some managers are good.

Dislikes

Salary is the biggest minus point if you show your loyalty and stick to the company for years. Cab facility is not upto the mark, in one cab if it's 4 seater they will make sure there are 4 employees in the cab, they don't care about employee comfort.

The company has a good work life balance and culture. It also depends on the project which you work for. Work from home for long term (8 months) was approved on request as I was delivering excellent performance.

Dislikes

Compensation structure is very bad compared to other companies. Projects are still using old technologies. Onsite opportunities are biased.

I got good colleagues who are friendly and always ready to help.

Dislikes

They hired me saying it's hybrid module but since you are new you will have to work from office for 3 months. Then once i joined, they asked me to work from office for 6 months. Now i completed 6 months, they are saying they will not allow hybrid module at all. Fake promises was made while hiring.

Nothing much to like. They dont have relationship with clients. Just sending consultants to clients to fill the requirement.

No job security. They dont help in getting projects. Bench meetings are joke. They act like client is everything and dont back up their own employee.

Worst bench policy. Once someone is on bench HR pressurise to resign as they do not want to give severance package and violate Indian labour laws. They are expert in violating Indian labour laws. Also, promotion and increment is below industry level. Job security is below average. The worst part is that work given to a lower level employee and higher level is same.
