Nothing much it's a place for people with no technical skill to settle and not for people who what to get good at the job or build a career on

Dislikes

They have corporate, plots to just not give you incentives even if you work hard, they judge you based on certification that can be obtained by outright cheating and not actual work you do

The management displays clear favoritism, often making last-minute shift changes and denying requests for work-from-home or leave without proper reasons. In some cases, they include false claims in warning letters for reasons only they seem to understand. Contract workers face unfair treatment unless they continually appease the managers to get what they need. Salary discrepancies are prevalent—favored employees receive higher pay for the same work, while others encounter issues during performance reviews and pay hikes. When we ask for work-from-home due to long commutes, we're told to take leave, only to later be criticized for taking too many days off. The inconsistency is frustrating. They also send formal emails for trivial matters, like stepping out to collect a food delivery. Speaking of food, the canteen offers very limited healthy options for night shift workers, with choices like instant noodles and white bread sandwiches, though the cook is good. Hygiene is another concern—there have been instances of worms in the water filters, and some employees do not maintain basic hygiene standards in the washrooms. While badged employees, especially those on their notice period, are often left unchecked for not working, contract workers—especially the quieter ones—face disproportionate scrutiny for minor issues. Dislikes

Too many veterans who have been with the company for many years and know how to navigate the system w/o a lot of effort and calling the shots as far as management decisions are concerned. This can be a deal breaker for someone who moves in laterally from another org for instance

They have good infrastructure and are the only company in Bangalore that gives 6 months of paternal leave.

Dislikes

HPE used to have the best work-life balance in the whole of Bangalore, but now it's equivalent to a service company. Along with the work-life balance, the salary structure is at 50% of the current market pricing for existing senior positions along with skill upgrades.

This company has terminated me due to one day Moonlight and interests only Contract employees. I observed here some connection between Contract employees to Managers and HP Management doesn't idea on it.

Cab is provided both ways for free. Good and neat work place.

New management. Office politics because of the new management. No support from the manager at all. Hell lot of work with low salary. New employees get more salary than the existing employees. New management and the manager is the worst if they need you they will keep you at any cost if they don't like you they will somehow make you out of the company. If they are hiring you as a contract employee please don't join. They will make you work like animals and send you home after 1 or 2 years. No shift allowance for contract employees....Read More

Almost took contract job only and 2 year only survay the contract after unable to continue in HPE. No one converts permanent role for this year 2024. My advice, if you join HPE. Please choose a permanent role only.

Salary hikes. Less projects, hence less options to change project. Work life balance depends totally on work location, if HPE office then great , if client location then you will suffer so much.
