the work culture is smooth and there is not huge amount of pressure exerted by colleagues as compared to other companies. There are also scope for learning opportunities through learning portals.

Dislikes

Not much freedom, in terms of expressing our views. Chances for promotion are very less for tenured employees. Learning opportunities come with huge monetary cost. Team outing opportunities are very limited as it is restricted to how much quarterly budget gets allocated to the delivery manager.

There is no WFH option, need to maintain floor hours and Target is the worst thing managers will pressure you to achieve Target, thing is if u r not good at process u need to work daily under pressure, need to maintain dress code

28/8/2024 Go on the interview the company management put on discretion only for freshers and I worked 6 years food industry for my college use but this Maphasis company for me new industry I was excited to get my job here and was interviewed before 2 Days did not sleep there I work on continue shift. They had written for 2 hours for an interview after the mphasis staff called my name and she told her don't interview for you we connected only for freshers. And kindly keep on desperation no any work experience to mention it. Worst company they will call you simply and put you in the bench for most of the ppl once the bond completed they will put you in the bench ory first two month they will give half salary after that no salary sabbatical period starts after 2 months of bench this is my first company to work i disappointed me very much so i suggest you to go somw other better company like mnc
