There is so much of flexibility like shift timings, work from home and we have absolutely no micro management as in most of the companies as long as there's no escalation from us obviously.

Firstly, the projects are short lived and so inconsistent. Their long term project is 1.5 years. My PM was very biased and showed differences in hike between me and my colleague doing same work and same performance rating and same package initially. Now I have moved to a different company after being in bench for three months. Not even a single interview was scheduled as there's no projects.
