Work environment differs from process to process but the work environment in my process is really very good. Both sides cab is also available aur some processes still office permanent work from home.

Dislikes

Incentives are low and also exl offers less package as compared to other companies in the industry like Accenture etc.

... which value their employees. Cab facility is nice ,hybrid model was very good . I loved to work here but the one thing which is not good was salary as per the designation.

Salary bracket for employees can be better

They pay few exceptional employees for years even if they r sitting full time at home💁‍♀️

Dislikes

1. No Learning at all 2. Mgmts Dictatorship 3. No Growth even if u die working here 4.Demoralization of employees at its peak 5. Promotions only for upper Mgmt 6. Working mothers are not allowed for any benefits, as they have become burden for company due to Mat leaves, even if they themselves took responsibility and have proved.

Not much to share however I can say EXL needs to revise Salary structure though it is paying well since need some revision in CTC structure

Job security is good, company policy are well scripted but will not follow in some instance. Performance pay is good.

Dislikes

Salary growth is slow, lack of recognition ever after performing well, Management orientation company. Still need to take care of the employees. HR should be proactive ever when the employee's are leaving the company. So the employee's should have good impression on company.
