Work timings are flexible till now, you can login/logoff as per your needs in most of the projects. Greater Noida campus is really nice.

Dislikes

Favoritism is on peak, Promotions and appraisals are biased. On-site opportunities are also limited to limited people. People who are in the same project for more than 8-10 years have their own lobby and harasses new joiners if you are not obeying these senior guys, at least this is what happens in IAG Cargo project.

Pure bpo company, all power in a hand of a person who don't know the Technical skill importance, align btech students in non btech calling projects.

If you try to leave the company or deny for projects, they say you are in bond. Blindly they assign the project.

This company feels like more of a zoo. The manager keeps shouting. The sir hierarchy is being followed. He doesnt reply on teams for any query. 60 percent attendance from wfo is mandatory. The office campus is far off in a jungle. Daily average working hours are tracked. No perks. Infact the bus service is bad as well. The whole team works like panchayat system.
