HR's are worst fellows, weekend works, no perks, basic pay of salaries are very less, reductions in variable pay, lot of politics. The events which are conducted will be in a worst way, they wont even provide atleast good food at that times.

There are no projects No job security Project interviews only happen for timepass, they won't ask you Work-related questions. No Support from Managers. Have to be on the bench for 2-3 months & all of a sudden HR calls you and asks for immediate resignation Don't join coforge even if they offer you high pay

Tight deadlines, high expectations,expect employees to work long hours. Managers tend to micromanage, which makes it hard to take initiative or feel trusted in my role. Management sets deadlines that are unrealistic and doesn’t account for the complexity of projects, which leads to unnecessary stress. Promotions seem to go to certain ‘favorites’ rather than based on merit or performance, which feels unfair and demotivating. There’s no performance-based pay raise system, so even top performers don’t see much financial reward for their efforts. There is nothing great about this company. It's ruled by families no matter how much hardwork you put in good rating and appraisal is given only to family members of the management. They just use and throw you, give you just days of notice to leave. They don't have much projects in hand but hire resources and fire them don't know the logic behind it. Earlier there were many benefits like “Take a break”, Anniversary/ Birthday voucher “. Now all have been removed. New joiners should take a hike and then join because there should be least expectation on the hike process.
