In my personal experience from past 2 years, 1. Employee's contribution is well appreciated and rewarded. 2. There is support from management in employee's learning and development. 3. Work life balance is always there.

Salary Appraisal must be given as per the market standard, for the deserving employees. While notice period is 90 days as per company's mandate. Bench period should also be made higher accordingly so that employees rated "Good/Excellent" can find suitable internal roles instead of resigning once the bench period gets lapsed.

Nothing to like, typical salary give for work company for a vendor based work environment

Food quality, jail behaviour, no freedom of expression, political agenda, can't even keep our bags on the table, cleaning staff don't even enter odc, terrible micro management, i don't know where they find managers like this.. probably go to a building under construction and get a supervisor from there and make him manager

Good organization, yearly appraisal is low from 3 to 10 per if good performance is there , work life depends on project, and there is good learning lot of trainings to update the skill set and they provide free certification based on your skill set .

Such a worst organisation I have ever worked with. They don’t value employees and don’t pay salary hikes. Work culture is literally and the management is so mean they just take their own advantage in higher level and for the employees they look them as majdoor

Companies work environment is good. Managers make full use of it.

Dislikes

Hierarchy is not interested in upholding the project but they are interested in favourism and inrernal politics, i understand that every company has internal politics but this one has no limits. Managers don't even care about company reputation or the affect on project. Females might get some lineance.
