LTIMindtree - Contract to Full Time
Hi All, I have 12+ years of experience in IT. I worked for IBM, TCS, WIPRO in full time. I'm from 10+3 (After 10th, full time 3 Years computer science diploma). Now I'm working with LTIMINDTREE with vendor payroll. LTIMindtree is now telling we can't convert you from Contact to Full Time due to my education and there is no exception. Do you know anyone recently converted/joined in LTI with 13 years of education?

LTI ka yeh rule kaafi unfair lag raha hai. Itna experience hone ke baad bhi education ka issue? Have you tried escalating?

This seems like an excuse to avoid converting you to a permanent employee, as they might prefer hiring contract workers at a lower cost.
