No available projects still they keep hiring new members and put them on bench. Although bench policy is of 6 month but within 2 months HR will tell you that we don't have much opportunities inside our organisation try to search outside and ask about the resignation Poor management Terrible company to join as a lateral as they don't have much project.

1. LTIMindtree Company suitable only for freshers not for laterals. 2. Will get salary every month by 28th day

1. Short period and No development projects. 2. No proper team alignment in project and mangers not aware who’s working and not working. 3. Shift allowances and timings policies are tooooo worst. 4. Finally one word I can say: got release from hell.

If your manager is good then you will find proper work life balance or else it will be hell.

1. No benefits other than your salary. 2. No proper skill development platform. 3. No support from talent team. 4. Never be on bench in LTIMINDTREE, I repeat never. Within a month on bench you will be pressured to get a project or leave the company for good. 5. Zero job security. 6. No support HR as well. 7. No one will be there to help you if you face issue regarding anything other than your manager.

...ter. This company might be a trap for you. Think before joining this company. I only got salary on time. Apart from that nothing. Project training was okayish.

A lot. 1. They keep boasting that they have Microsoft projects. In reality, they are nothing but 24 * 7 call center BPO jobs without any real technical knowledge. 2. The management is worst to the core. No work life balance. they don't even have a proper SOP. I am again saying, if you want to witness hell, you can join this project. 7 people already left my team in a span of 4 months. 3. No personal growth. Manager just wants us to satisfy customers in the call. He doesn't care about your technical experience. 4. Frustated customers come daily and keep abusing us for bugs and glitches. I could not sleep properly at nights. Sometimes, I have got suicidal thoughts at night. 5. If there would be an option to give reviews in minus, I may rate it to -5. All in all, get out ( if you have watched the Hollywood movie "Get Out".
