No team will take the owner ship for the employees,if they need you or need to connect then only HR,payroll WPC teams will act according to their requirements,if you have issues or queries whatever it is they don't bother. Finally if you are in project then only you are safe, otherwise even in bench also you clearly don't get anything information related,if you got project in between you are safe again,otherwise suddenly they will come one day and asks you to resign today or tomorrow ,they will pay basic of 3 months tata good bye. Even if you are in project also need to take care of the duration for must and should,if it's for short duration also they will hire you once that done you are ideal again.. money matters ...they respond with money finally Just treat it as consultancy,they will answer with money

Suggest how to switch support to MERN
Hey there! I'm working in HCLTECH and have 3 years of experience in a support project simple copy and paste. I have learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js , Node.ja (MERN stack). Also giving an interview right now 10-11 I have appeared. Not selected anywhere. Some interviews I have answered all questions but I didn't hear back. Asking for expected CTC 8 lpa and current is 4lpa. Please suggest how to crack a MERN interview. Do I need to be ready for machine coding rounds Because in the first round I have an idea right now, javascript basics, some coding questions on array and strings also concept of react and node. Please suggest what areas I should focus on. How to tell the interviewer I am a MERN developer not working on a support project because one interviewer had doubts. If someone switched please share your experience Thank you all for your time.
