1. It has been identified that the employees working on customer location didn't get the feeler of brand due to lack of basic amenities and logistics and no audit towards such facilities. 2. Reimbursement for the expenses made by employee takes longer and even sometimes didn't even processed and no one is even care about the same. 3. Most of the time HR people just takes the feedback and done. No resolution of the issues provided.

Many Employees appreciate the company efforts, to maintain the Work Life Balance with flexible working hours and remote option.

Salary increments and bonus are often cited as areas needing improvement.

You will get ample opportunity to learn. Anyone can make best utilization of the study portal. Also, there are wonderful leaders whom you can learn from. Multiple onsite opportunity.

Nothing much except, can have better Salary benefits for the long timers in organization as laterals gets more Salary.

The flat structure and we can speak and ask our seniors, frequently having connect with CXO. Safety for female employees and job security. Friendly environment to work.

Dislikes

Salary structure and grade both needs to be according to industry standards. That demotivate employees to work and appraisal on time with proper justifiable hike needs to be provided.

Little hard to think what I dislike about LTIMindtree. One aspect I can think about is that LTIMindtree needs to focus on revamping the salary structure and bring in certain standards for tenured and new employees.
