Leadership is aligned with the vision of the company, thereby encouraging resources to get adequately trained in relevant technologies. Employee are respected and their personal life is respected inspite of heavy work pressure. Senior management is willing to listen to employee woes.

Dislikes

When recruiting new employees in higher packages, HR Management should consider existing employee's salary gap as well.

There is nothing to like about this organisation it's just like we are getting the salary so we work pathetic higher ups and leadership are leading this organisation as of now

Everything thing once the market get stable just switch the organisation asap that's the moto all existing employees live by right now

Working environment is decent as Mindtree previously had very employee friendly work culture. But since merger with LTI, the work culture has downgraded. Its not the old employee friendly mindtree limited instead a typical corporate culture where employees and their efforts are not acknowledged anymore.

Dislikes

Growth is negligible at this point. Im working 3 years with bare minimum increase in my salary. I get top ratings in my appraisal cycle but no increment at all during promotions. And the management is not at all employee friendly anymore. They will not even consider your genuine problems and literally force you to align with the company policies. Everything is downgraded in this organisation and is going further down overtime. Very disappointed.

The company's promotion and appraisal processes are lacking, and there's room for improvement in salary offerings. Additionally, the sick leave policy is subpar.

1. On time salary 2. Neat & clean workspace 3. Pickup & drop cab service 4. Access to Udemy(now limited) & Pluralsight to upgrade yourself 5. Free evening snacks 6. Some nice projects 7. Helpful colleagues 8. Still in Hybrid mode (2 days office)

Dislikes

1. No rewards & recognitions if you are not in a good book 2. No/negligible hike from the last two years 3. Derailed from an MNC company after the merger, everything is now messed up 4. Currently, they have a lot of benched associates due to having fewer projects 5. No job security. If a lateral joiner is unable to find himself in billable projects, they will force you to resign even within the one-month 6. Cab service timings should be increased 7. No project-specific joy fund activity; only got once before the merger 8. Should have more internal projects or friendly job security to retain freshers/lateral joiners to avoid brain-draining 9. With Very little increment, no matter what, you get a rating
