I like the facilities it provides. As a women it becomes easy for me to travel and not need to worry about food.

Dislikes

Onboarding process is bad, they place you in areas out of your interest. Salary hike and aprraisal is poor.

Good work culture and job security. Great recreational activities on campus and good work life balance.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years for freshers before which you cannot resign. Salary is okay but the appraisal (annual appraisal hike) is not great.

The opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but i feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team. No team bonding/outings. Low Appraisals.

Salary & Benefits Despite consistently outstanding performance inside PACE and over three years of service with the company, there has no promotion. Additionally, the Salary and benefits are below the average market rate. Management has shown a lack of concern for medical issues, as evidenced by their refusal to allow work from home arrangements even after submitting medical documentation

Salary increments and bonus are often cited as areas needing improvement.
