Selected for LTIMINDTREE for Amazon client. While client interview he stated, that the project is about working with Nextjs on the AWS devops solution. Heard some bad reviews on LTIMINDTREE on project stability Is Amazon project stable ? In LTIMindtree, or does it gets shortened ?. Ive worked in pressure env, but too much is not good. Some advantages im looking like its Amazon's AWS devops project with Nextjs looks good in resume and home location. But negative is job/project uncertainty I also have another offer in my friend's company, as per him in his 5 years never fired anyone...even while people are in bench for more than 8months. As I was layed off from my previous company due to cost cutting. As my family is looking for alliance for me, they are skeptical on LTIMINDTREE if any layoff or project closure during this period.

Hi, has anybody attended interview at Capgemini for automation testing profile at Bangalore, Belandur office on Saturday(9th May 2025). Did you get any update from the HR. I was told that HR will be contacting on Monday, but have not got any update yet. Just wanted to check if anyone has any update on the same. Trapped in a place where skills have no values
Hey folks, Been at LTIMindtree for 7 months. Trained as an SAP ABAP Consultant, passed exams, did projects... but ended up in L1 support project . Talked to managers even showed them my Full-Stack skills and projects, but all response I got is we don't have anything in our hand its all that you have to do because this is the business requirement. Meanwhile, people with zero dev knowledge are getting dev projects just 'cause they're lucky enough to be on the managers good side . These things happens with most of the people who join as a fresher here. My question is this a complete management failure or this is what this company and there managers offers to freshers ?

During experience in my current organisation I felt that LTIMINDTREE leadership or higher managers never think for lower level employees as Professionals, instead employees are slaves or Robots for them. A lot of employees are currently facing work life balance issues, And no results when someone raises a complaint as there is a Lobby of those higher managers and they always cover up eachother.. If anyone from higher leadership is reading this please take my word, this is happening all over in the organisation at least in India. If the client wants the consultant or developer to die then we can't die right. Maybe all this is coming out as my frustration. Please think about it .. LTIMindtree
