Hey team, I want to know about Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Capgemini etc like MNCs; how much time does the HR take when you qualify 1-2 rounds including HR and Technical? And do they really get back to you or respond if select/reject you? How much their job portals are useful, updated and trusted for checking your applicants status like (Workday, Ripple hire, HirePro etc)? 👉Comments made by the employees of these companies would be appreciated and helpful.

As a Senior Software Analyst, I have to say that Capgemini lacks work-life balance and respect for personal life. The pressure to complete tasks is overwhelming and there are no proper shift timings. Appraisals and promotions are biased towards those close to management. However, there are opportunities for skill development and learning.
