Pathetic interview experience with Capgemini
I had a recent interview experience with Capgemini. After clearing all the rounds and sharing the documents with the HR team, They have rejected with a reason of expected CTC is more. My only concern is before the interview process itself I have mentioned to the HR about my expected CTC when I have received the call from recruitment team but I don’t understand why all these drama at end

all these companies have the same story , they will make you sit for 5-6 rounds and then use the lamest possible reason to reject, but still at least you got a response after rejection

It's glad u do not join it....there is no increment while working for 3 4 years also or it will be very minimum....they want in salary of fresher experience professional....management is very pathetic...only they get promoted...
