I have attended final round (VP round) in Deloitte on 21 Nov 2024 but till now there is no response from them. Tried connecting with recruiter multiple times but unable to get any response via mail or call. It’s really frustrating. I don’t understand whether to think it as a reject or select. Can anyone help here please.

Onboarding delayed due to Kyc verification in EPF

Hi everyone, I got selected as US Tax consultant 2 in Deloitte consulting and accepted the offer. However my onboarding has been postponed because my pan details and bank account details are not verified by the present employer in EPFO website. As the company was a startup they didn't even still register the esign in the epfo portal. It's been a month and the registration of esign is getting rejected. Is there anything I can do? please guide me.

Leaves during Notice period?

I am working at Deloitte and currently serving my notice period. I have taken 3 days off for Diwali. I did ask my engagement manager if this will cause an extension of my NP but he said not to worry about it. In that case, my notice period won't get extended, right? Or does it depend on the coach?

I want to Join DI, because its nearer to my native and don't want to stay in metro cities (Hyd, Blr, Pune etc) where Deloitte USI is present. How Deloitte India is different from Deloitte USI in following terms. Please give me your thoughts. 1. Benefits in DI (is there Well-being Allowance, Insurance) 2. Pay structure (Variable pay, Bonus, PF, Gratuity etc) 3. Flexibility to work from home (Hybrid, Remote is fine, do we need to travel a lot) 4. Pertaining to personal commitments towards my family, I want to change my base location to Kolkata office. Does Deloitte USI allow such base changes? I have some concerns at Deloitte.There's no work-life balance, only work. Recognition and appreciation are nonexistent. Resource planning for projects is lacking, leading to employee suffering. Some projects are subpar and employees are forced to work. The compensation is below average compared to other service-based companies. However, the firm does have a strong brand name.😅
