Joining Deloitte India by Deloitte USI.
I want to Join DI, because its nearer to my native and don't want to stay in metro cities (Hyd, Blr, Pune etc) where Deloitte USI is present. How Deloitte India is different from Deloitte USI in following terms. Please give me your thoughts.
1. Benefits in DI (is there Well-being Allowance, Insurance)
2. Pay structure (Variable pay, Bonus, PF, Gratuity etc)
3. Flexibility to work from home (Hybrid, Remote is fine, do we need to travel a lot)
4. Client base (is it only India or South-Asia, European, EMEA)
5. Kind of work (AMS Support or Implementations)

From what I have heard, Deloitte India generally offers similar benefits to Deloitte USI, including well-being allowances, insurance, and other perks.

My brother works at Deloitte India, Acc. to him Deloitte India offers flexibility in terms of work-from-home options and hybrid work arrangements.
