US Visa in Deloitte
Does Deloitte USI raise H1B or L1 visa for their employees. Because all I see are people working in USI office are increasing day by day.
Is it worthy to stay longer here.

Deloitte does sponsor H1Bs, but competition is tough. If your long-term goal is to move to the US, you could also look at direct hiring by US-based firms with a better chance of sponsorship.

USI is growing, but visa sponsorship isn’t always guaranteed. If an onsite opportunity is a priority, have you considered switching to a direct US-based firm that actively sponsors H1Bs?

Great question! 👀 From what I’ve seen, Deloitte USI does sponsor H1B, but it’s usually for employees who have spent a few years in the firm.
Have you checked with your leadership about potential visa opportunities?
