Salary Expectation

Hi Everyone, I am currently working as a QA Engineer (Automation + Manual), having a total of 3.6 yoe primarily in Oracle EBS. Initially used to work with the UFT tool for the first 2 years, then switched to TOSCA for the past 1 year. When I used to work with UFT, I didn't get much of a chance to do hands-on at the code base level, so I'm not very confident with UFT. However, I am pretty confident with my TOSCA skills. I am looking for a job change. How much should I target, my current CTC is 6.9LPA. Please suggest..

Your CTC is 6.9 LPA now, so with your skillset, 7.5-9 LPA should be a realistic target. Also, focus on growing your coding skills, which will be helpful in future roles.

7.5-9 LPA If you're strong in TOSCA and ready to leverage it.
