Hey team, I want to know about Accenture, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Capgemini etc like MNCs; how much time does the HR take when you qualify 1-2 rounds including HR and Technical? And do they really get back to you or respond if select/reject you? How much their job portals are useful, updated and trusted for checking your applicants status like (Workday, Ripple hire, HirePro etc)? 👉Comments made by the employees of these companies would be appreciated and helpful.

My company trying to retain me but I want to go with Accenture offer

So my current company is trying to retain me with counter offer. I want to go with Accenture offer instead but the Accenture team is not picking the call for a brief discussion. Now I'm confused as my current manager is asking for my answer today itself. It's so confusing. But I think I'll go with Accenture offer. I texted the Accenture people and tried calling them too but got no response yet. Should I ask my current employer to give me some more time to think?

Joining Date concerns with Accenture

My joining date in Accenture is next week, on the 26th of August. I am serving notice, and my last working date is 4th of September. I have been trying to get my joining date updated since the past 3 months, ever since I received the offer, but the Recruiting team just doesn't. I have sent at least 20 emails to them, spoke on the phone with the HR, and everytime I have sent an email, the HR said they didn't receive it and therefore didn't update my joining date. I have tried sending the email from two separate personal Gmail accounts, with the same result. With my Joining date coming up next week, is there anything I can do? This entire experience has been very disappointing and anxiety inducing to say the least. EDIT : There is a contact listed in the Accenture on-boarding workday portal of the Tech Director. Contacted her, she asked me to contact her Business Ops lead, I did, he send my details to Recruiters and then DOJ was changed. Hope this helps someone in the future.
