How should I approach the topic of a promotion or raise at Accenture?
I’d like some advice on how to talk to HR about it. I know I’ve only been with Accenture for 1.2 years, so I’m not sure if I’d be eligible, but I feel it might be worth a shot. What do you think?

Frankly, 1.2 years is relatively short, it's definitely worth having a conversation with your manager or HR about your career progression.
