Relocation is the most difficult thing which anyone do in even today or past. We have heard several individuals facing problem of cast, region, language, linguistic issues grapling the country already instead of elevating narrowness the people of some areas imposing Regionalism. So this has impacted the mindset of today's yuth as well. CEO's and MD has the liberty to give lectures but they don't want to move from their past. Working is not the whole life which they have done. Generation of their time also wants to make work life balance but due to restricted resources they don't but today due to IT and digital transformation professionals are more informed and aware. Intotal they need to change their minset and provide a balance, perks so the professionals can't have to think before taking negative decision.
