Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down.
My Survival Jugaad?
Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked.
In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved..
Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉
The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!"
Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best!

I am java backend dev and my current tech stack is Java, spring boot, microservices, restful APIs, mysql, dsa(400+ problems in leetcode) Have knowledge in kafka as well but no hands on experience.

My current CTC is 7Lpa

No frontend or cloud experience. I got the above offer(hyd location,hybrid model). I have already resigned in my company, attended few interviews but failed in all. Should I prepare more rigorously? Or be satisfied it's a good package for my current exp?

Career Advice

Hello. I need carrier advice, i have 9 years of experience in the electrical design (electrical engineering) industry with 12 LPA CTC. Married with 2 children. Age 33.  Every month saving only 12 To 13k. Currently in hyderabad. I am barely making/saving it every month. My dilemma is should i continue as it is for the rest of life and pay tax every step/every spending OR take risk by going to gulf countries or USA or Australia. Which is the best path from here?
( The ultimate goal is to have a better quality of life with enough money to live a good life for more and my family in the near future)

So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

Buying a car is such a special experience. The entire process, from visiting the dealership to driving away in your brand-new car, just can’t be replicated by a home delivery service. It’s a big moment, and the excitement of taking delivery at the showroom adds to the thrill. Turning that into a simple doorstep delivery doesn’t seem right.

Also, I can’t imagine relying on the same platform that delivers eggs in 10 minutes to handle a 1.5 lakh-rupee iPhone, let alone a car.
Honestly, I feel like this Skoda-Zepto collab is more of a marketing stunt to generate buzz for the Kylaq. It doesn’t feel like there’s enough demand for this kind of service, and I think most people, like myself, would prefer the traditional showroom experience.
