Contract!!
I recently signed a contract for 2 years, I'm currently having 2yrs experience in ERP implementation / Consultant and getting around 2.75 LPA. After signing a contract only they started giving training on Microsoft D365 software, where I can work on Business Central / Finance and Operations / Power BI / DevOps or any other softwares. So I can get good knowledge on various softwares, where I can grow myself and get better opportunities in the future..
I'm only thinking about is that contract worth ?

The 2-year contract can be a great learning opportunity if it sets you up for better roles in the future. Just ensure the terms allow for growth without exploitation.

Training mil rahi hai that's great but agar 2 saal tak salary grow nahi hui tab kya karoge?

Honestly, if D365 and Power BI training are solid, this could be a game-changer for your career just stick it out for the long-term gains.

The exposure to D365 and Power BI is gold, but keep an eye out for loopholes in the contract that might hold you back.

Short-term commitments often lead to long-term gains. Make the most of the training and build your skillset!

Training on multiple tools is great but does the contract mention any guaranteed role or career path after training?

Two years sounds like a long time, but if you’re learning high-demand tools, it might be worth it!

Two years of learning vs. the rest of your career earning big bucks. Seems like a fair trade, no?
