Trying to switch holding 9 years of experience
I am currently holding 9 years of IT experience in QA Automation and Testing. I have experience in testing and developing automation frameworks for API and UI. Also, I have experience in performance testing using JMeter. In my current organization I am getting 21 LPA with 2.5 years completed. What should be the market price or what is the maximum CTC I can expect if I switch now??

21 lpa after 2.5 years in your current org is pretty good but with your skillset especially JMeter, you can definitely aim for 25 to 30 lpa in the market. Have you started looking at job openings?

25 to 30 LPA ka market rate acha rahega but location aur company pe depend karta hai. Kya kuch specific companies dekh rahe ho? Shayad kuch companies apke experience ke liye aur zyada offer kar sake.

1st Company: 6.5 Years
2nd Company: 2.5 Years (Currently Serving)
Salary in current company: 22 LPA
