Worst Interview process & HR Ever....Accenture team.
Dear Team,
Post my May 4th interview at Accenture, completing all stages and verification, I've awaited updates. Initially promised an offer within a week, I've since faced silence. Further inquiries revealed my application's mapping status, yet another week's wait yielded news of the filled position. Advised to reapply, I'm disheartened by the process's futility.

This is extremely frustrating since the position is filled, reapplying might not be the best use of your time. Focus your job search efforts on other companies.

A Senior Software Engineer
A company with a poor interview process might not be the best place to work anyway. Send a polite email to the HR contact who initially communicated with you. Briefly express your disappointment with the lack of communication and the mixed messages you received.

Did you apply thru referral? In that case, you can ask the person who referred you to raise a ticket. If not, drop a detailed email explaining the situation and you would get an update.
