Salary ask
I am currently holding an offer of 19 LPA as an US healthcare consultant specialising in claims processing and adjudication. How much can I ask for at Accenture over and above this number?

Accenture tends to offer competitive packages for experienced professionals in niche domains.
Considering your expertise, you could look at 20-22 LPA, especially if you have strong domain knowledge.

Given your 6 years of experience, asking for a hike of 10-20% is reasonable!

I’d suggest aiming for a CTC of 20 LPA or higher. The healthcare space is in demand, and Accenture will likely recognize your value!
