Regarding notice period
I got a very mixed review in terms of Accenture notice period negotiation. Few topics as below:
1. Few people told that its not negotiable at all, where as I have seen people got early releases. Any feedback for same?
2. I have seen many team members who dint work at all in notice period. But Manager has not taken any action. Any policy for the same?

Mostly it depends on the project that you're into.

It's generally not negotiable, but exceptions can be made under certain circumstances.
