Offer letter - from KPMG
Hi
Currently I'm drawing a salary of 1050000 fixed from Deloitte india.
Now i got an offer from KPMG global where they offered me 1425000 fixed.
I'm qualified chartered accountant with 1 year of experience in statutory audit at Deloitte.
Please rate this hike or give inputs.

Its approx 35.71% hike from your current salary. May i know our of 1050000 how much is fixed and variable ?

Looks like a good hike. I am assuming they are also offering a promotion as its not possible for them to offer this hike without it. KPMG looks good if you want to stay in Statutory Audit.

A 35% hike is good in Big 4 terms but do check the tax structure and deductions

If yes then the hike you received is quite good.
