My company trying to retain me but I want to go with Accenture offer
So my current company is trying to retain me with counter offer. I want to go with Accenture offer instead but the Accenture team is not picking the call for a brief discussion. Now I'm confused as my current manager is asking for my answer today itself. It's so confusing. But I think I'll go with Accenture offer. I texted the Accenture people and tried calling them too but got no response yet. Should I ask my current employer to give me some more time to think?

Yes, you should ask your current employer for more time to think. Tell them that you're still awaiting a response from Accenture and want to have a clearer picture before making a final decision.

Bro, just propose a reasonable deadline, such as 24 or 48 hours, to give you time to follow up with Accenture and make a decision. That will show your respect for your current employer while also giving you the flexibility to pursue the Accenture offer if it becomes available. Hope that helps :)

Should I Take the Risk?
I have a crush on a coworker who's higher up and earns more😅We work in different departments, and while she is two years younger than me, she belongs to a higher pay grade of employees who earn almost twice as much as I do, although we do almost similar work. Do you have any tips on how to approach her without making things awkward?
