Proud Employers, @Accenture? ๐ค
Accenture locks X handle after being 'bombarded' by requests to fire Nikita Singhania.

The point is- what is accenture's fault in this? As an international organisation, no company will ever engage in someone's pvt matters. Privacy really matters in corporate. Her career is as such finished. Once there is a criminal record, she will automatically get fired.

This is a clear example of corporate censorship. Accenture should be ashamed of themselves.

I'm not sure about public relations or justice, but I believe Accenture should issue a public statement acknowledging the unfortunate incident and extending sympathies to Atul Subhash's family. That should have been their first step, but nothing has been delivered.

Notice period negotiation
I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period. I tried to negotiate it with my manager of the current company, asking to release early as the new company has early requirements and also on a medical ground basis, but my manager is not agreeing. I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
