90 days?! Feels like Infosys wants you to serve a jail term before leaving. 😂 But seriously, how do you stay motivated during this period?

Companies need to be practical. How are candidates supposed to manage a 90 day notice when most employers expect immediate joining? Have you tried requesting HR to waive off some time?

First of all start saying I have a 45 days NP to the recruiter. Then clear the interview Then ask HR to give joining letter considering 2 months NP saying I will get reduced to 45 Ask manager to reduce NP to 2 months (can be done easily) Then say recruiters he can only commit 45days during ending now it will be 60 only. 15 days doesn't matters to most of HRs
